LIFETIME WARRANTY

Our goal is to protect your eyes and protect the planet, which means producing a quality product that will last you a lifetime. If your Quokka Sunglasses are defective then we'll replace them... for life.

 

The lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in the frame, lens or hinge mechanism. It doesn't include lens scratching, frame, lens or hinge breakage from misuse, or normal wear and tear. The lifetime warranty is in addition to any statutory warranty required by law.

 

If you have damaged your Quokka Sunglasses outside of the warranty, you can still return them for recycling through our Boomerang program, and receive a half-price replacement pair!

14-DAY RETURNS

Its hard buying online, and we want you to be 100% happy with your Quokka Sunglasses. If they don't quite fit or aren't rocking the look you were hoping, send your undamaged glasses and case back within 14 days of delivery. We'll refund the purchase and you'll only pay for return postage (buy a different pair later and we'll credit you the postage as well).

BOOMERANG PROGRAM

We're committed to removing plastic from the ocean and sustainably reusing resources, which means when your Quokka Sunglasses reach the end of their life we don't want them going back into landfill or ending up back in the ocean. Through our Boomerang program, you can return your sunglasses for repair or a half-price replacement.  We'll reuse your glasses if possible, or recycle them again!

You can either return your glasses first and we'll email you a discount code, or purchase a new pair first and we'll credit you the difference once we receive your old pair back (so you're not without a pair of glasses!) Make sure you hold on to the numbered code on your glasses if you haven't registered your purchase online.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

You can use the link in your shipping email to access the QV Returns Portal, or if you don't have your email or purchased from a store, fill out our Contact Form with your request and product ID (which is the unique number printed on the holographic security sticker).
